Begin by discussing your 概念方案 with your department chair. Obtain approval to bring the project forward for consideration. Next, contact the director of grants to discuss your project and the grant requirements.

The Project Director/Principal Investigator is responsible for the implementation and day-to-day operation of the grant program, as well as periodic reports and evaluations to the funding agency.
