How does someone apply for an H1-B visa or change 的ir 申请H1-B签证?
H-1B status requires a sponsoring U.S. 雇主.

  • 的 雇主 must file a labor condition application (LCA) with 的 Department of Labor attesting to several items, including payment of prevailing wages for 的 position, and 的 working 提供了条件.

How long can an alien be in H-1B status?
下 current law, an alien can be in H-1B status for a maximum period 一次6年.

Must an H-1B alien be working at all times?
